On behalf of the Sunflower (Kansas) Chapter Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), we would like to invite you to attend the following “Twentieth Annual HFMA Charge Data Master Workshop & Conference” to be held October 9-11, 2018 at the Wichita Marriott Hotel.

The workshop features two sessions covering Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and Prospective Payment System (PPS) hospital updates.  The presenter is Angie Martin, Senior Manager, Hospital Billing/Payment at Great Plain Health Alliance.  Click here for the complete agenda.

Along with HFMA National, the Sunflower Chapter HFMA has transitioned to a new registration platform/dashboard which has created some changes to the registration process.  If you run into any problems registering or access the event information, please contact Dee Lewis at (785) 276-3110.

The registration fee is $200.00 for HFMA members and non-members if received by September 24, 2018.  Registrations received after September 24, 2018 will be charged $280 for members and non-members.

Prior to the workshop, paid participants will receive an electronic copy of the 600+ page manual for use during and after the program.

If you are a Sunflower Chapter HFMA past-president, a sponsor or would like to request Rural Assistance Program approval, please contact Dee Lewis, prior to registration, for your code to waive your registration fee or to receive a discounted price.

This workshop will be held at the Wichita Marriott Hotel, 9100 E. Corporate Hills Drive, Wichita, KS  67207.  A block of rooms has been reserved for the Sunflower Chapter HFMA at a discounted rate of $119.00 plus taxes for single or double occupancy.  In order to receive this discounted rate, reservations need to be made online or by calling 316-651-0333 by September 21, 2018.  Make sure you reference “KHFMA” when making your reservations.
